1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using this platform you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, confirm your email address, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Agent and administrator permissions are granted by us and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Listings
Listings are submitted by agents and reviewed before publication. While we verify what we reasonably can, listing content — including price, dimensions and availability — remains the responsibility of the submitting party. We may reject, unpublish or amend any listing.
4. Investment offerings
Offerings are made through single-asset special purpose vehicles. Subscription is conditional on approved identity verification, execution of the offering documents, and receipt of cleared funds. We may decline or cancel any subscription.
5. Payments
Committed funds are held in escrow until a raise closes. Payment status is reviewed by our finance desk. Refunds, where due, are returned to the originating account. Distributions and payouts follow the schedule published for each offering.
6. Member conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information
- Attempt to access accounts, data or administrative functions that are not yours
- Scrape, resell or republish listing data without written permission
- Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
7. No advice
Nothing on this platform is investment, tax or legal advice. Content is provided for information only. Seek independent professional advice before committing capital.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or investment value arising from market movements.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or presents a compliance risk. Existing shareholdings remain governed by the relevant offering documents.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to registered members before they take effect.
