Empire Gate Global™ Cooperative RealEstate Investments Ltd. operates this platform and any special purpose vehicle formed to hold an investment asset. Each vehicle is a separate legal entity, and its constitutional documents are provided to subscribing members before completion.

Anti-money laundering
Identity verification is mandatory before capital may be committed. We may request source-of-funds evidence, and we decline or unwind any subscription that cannot be satisfactorily evidenced. Verification records are retained for the period required by law.
Complaints
Write to ceo@empiregateglobal.com with the word “complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge within three business days and provide a final response within eight weeks, setting out our findings and any remedy offered.

The Empire Gate Global name, emblem and platform design are trademarks of Empire Gate Global Cooperative RealEstate Investments Ltd. Listing photography remains the property of its owner and may not be reproduced without permission.
