Why we exist
Prime real estate has historically been the preserve of institutions and family offices. Empire Gate Global was founded to open the same asset class to individual members, without diluting the diligence, structuring or reporting standards that professional investors expect.
We operate as a marketplace and a cooperative at once: a member can buy or rent a home outright, or take a fractional stake in an income-producing asset alongside other members.
How the cooperative is structured
Every investment asset is held in its own special purpose vehicle, so ownership, income and liabilities remain ring-fenced from one another and from the operating company. Members subscribe for shares in the vehicle that owns the specific property they chose.

- A defined exit at the end of every stated hold period
Standards
Listings are verified before publication. Identity verification is mandatory before capital is committed. Every privileged action taken inside our administration console — approvals, rejections, refunds, publication and role changes — is recorded in an immutable audit log with the administrator's identity and a timestamp.
