Each published listing carries a named agent who owns the enquiry from first message through to completion. Agents are accountable for accuracy of the listing, availability of viewings and the timeliness of their responses.
Becoming a listing partner
Agent access is granted by our team rather than self-service, so every partner is checked before a single listing goes live. Approved partners receive a submission workspace with a media gallery, upload progress, edit history and a live approval timeline.
Submitted listings are reviewed by our compliance desk before publication. Approvals, rejections and unpublishing are all recorded in the platform audit log.
