2. Search and shortlist
Search by city, address or postcode, refine on the map with price, bed, bath, type and availability filters, and save any search to receive instant, daily or weekly alerts when matching listings appear.
3. Arrange a viewing
Request an in-person or virtual tour from any property page. Requests land in our client desk and come back with a confirmed slot and a named agent.
4. Complete identity verification
Investing requires approved KYC. Upload your identity document once; our compliance team reviews it and you are notified by email at every status change.
5. Subscribe for shares
Each investment property sits in its own special purpose vehicle. The SPV issues shares at a fixed price, and you subscribe for as many as you wish above the stated minimum.
- Capital is held in escrow until the raise closes
- Agreements are signed digitally and stored in your document centre
- Shares are allocated against the correct offering on settlement
6. Receive distributions
Net rental income is distributed in proportion to your shareholding on the published schedule, with statements available in your dashboard and a defined exit at the end of the hold period.
